July trip to Miyagi

2011/7.2-10

I have gone to Miyagi again.

In affected areas, the situation has changed.
many people have been moved from the shelters.
Shinainuma will be closed next month.
Everyone will have been moved to an apartment or temporary housing by then.

As can be seen in the pictures below, Ishinomaki is still dealing with tough conditions.
There is still a large amount of rubble, abandoned homes, dust,  stink, flies
and mosquitoes. And the summer heat is not helping.

I will go to Miyagi next month.
Then, I'm likely to take shelter in Ishinomaki.
